Archery deer nonpermit-tags available for purchase by nonresidents for the 2026 calendar year will be limited to 2,785. Once all tags have been sold, no additional tags will be available for purchase by nonresidents.

Your Customer ID and date of birth are required to purchase this tag.
You may obtain your Customer ID by using the Customer ID retrieval tool below or by checking your dashboard in your Customer Portal. If you do not receive an email with your Customer ID number, please call 602-942-3000 for assistance. -
If you do not have a Customer ID and have not done business with the Department, please register for a Customer Portal Account.

Nonresidents with an AZ Lifetime or Pioneer License (prefix: LC, LH, LB, or PI/PR) must purchase their nonresident archery deer nonpermit-tag from an Arizona Game and Fish Department Office in-person or by mail. Click ->> Order Form

A valid 2026 archery deer nonpermit-tag is required to hunt all open seasons during the 2026 calendar year and must have a valid license while hunting. Check online at www.azgfd.gov/ArcheryDeerReport for open areas; open areas will close when harvest limits are met.

Hunters who opted to receive electronic tags, will have immediate access to their archery deer nonpermit-tag after validation. (You must sign into your AZGFD Portal Account and opt in to participate in the electronic tag program prior to purchasing your nonpermit-tag in order to receive it electronically.) For customers not participating in the electronic tag program, the nonpermit-tags will be mailed out no later than Dec. 1, 2025.

All archery deer nonpermit-tag hunters are required to report their harvest either online or by telephone, 623-236-7961, within 48 hours of taking their deer. Failure to report a harvest, as well as hunting in a closed unit, will be strictly enforced.

Hunt units, dates and harvest limits are subject to change from season to season based on Commission approval.
